Total=770, 65 lb jump from last time.
Did a form tweak on the overhead that certainly did NOT work. Happy with the squat and dead. Goal is over 300, 150 and 400 by 2010.

Went into this workout with a bit of fear. Not sure if it helped or hurt me. PRed so maybe it helped.
