8:11 Rx (PR) Used a 60 lb. dumbbell. Time to get a 1.5 pood KB. Felt great. Long warmup with double unders, running, jacks, push ups, squats, half kips, etc.
Dan and Pete, for 3 sets I did 15:36 for the “Helen”, also I used a 30 lb KB and did negative pullups, (jumped up and then lowered down as slowly as possible as you taught me- Dan)… as the regular ones are still too hard…from Kevin up here in the land of the rain and snow…
