60 lb. dumbbell 8:11 (PR) Felt good, going to work on this one. Sub 7:45 next time.
Dan and Pete, for 3 sets I did 15:36 for the “Helen”, also I used a 30 lb KB and did negative pullups, (jumped up and then lowered down as slowly as possible as you taught me- Dan)… as the regular ones are still too hard…from Kevin up here in the land of the rain and snow…
