Practiced after double unders and PU
Meltdown… 65 lbs x 3 (after completion I probably could have gone heavier) 21 chin to bar round 1, 7 chin to bar, 5 dead hang chin ups, 6 ring back pulls for round 2, 18 ring back pulls round 3, 1 f-bomb round 2 (sorry dan). Didn’t check my time. Hands shredded, hyper extended toe (barefoot drop from pull up bar) bad way to start a weekend, redemption tomorrow.
88 lbs. power snatch (two more inches!) 16: something. Good work out. I am learning and becoming friends with the different levels of fatigue. This was not out of breath, heart pounding fatigue. This was are you insane dropping under weight acid in the stomach fatigue.
Great encouragement in the gym today. Gotta love it.
Full rest day after 9 days in a row.
